Step into the rustic charm of The Beech Hut, where every detail has been designed with your comfort in mind. The cozy bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, invites you to unwind and recharge, while the decking provides stunning views of our ever-changing garden—a haven of tranquility.

When the sun sets, spend the evening under the stars. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub, surrounded by the soothing sounds of a majestic stream. Look up to see bats flitting through the evening sky or marvel at a canopy of stars as you soak in the hot tub.

Your culinary needs are thoughtfully catered for with a microwave/convection oven, an electric hob, and a fridge with a small freezer. After a day of adventure, savor a slow-cooked meal, or enjoy a barbecue under the stars. Let the dishwasher handle the cleanup, so you can relax and make the most of your evening.

The Beech Hut is a year-round retreat, fully insulated for cool summers and cozy winters. A log burner and a starter set of logs are provided to create a warm and inviting atmosphere on chilly evenings, while a Smart TV, DVDs, board games, Wi-Fi and a curated selection of books invite you to unwind indoors.

The surrounding garden is a slice of paradise, alive with the sights and sounds of nature. Spot barn and tawny owls, listen to the gentle flutter of wild birds and butterflies, or wander the garden path to dip your toes in the cooling stream. Recline in the hammock, enjoy a picnic at the table, or simply soak up the beauty of your surroundings.

Please note that the garden is shared with us and the guests staying in The Loft. However, its generous size ensures plenty of space for everyone, and it’s so peaceful that you’re unlikely to encounter anyone on most days.

On arrival, you’ll find a welcome hamper stocked with essentials to get you started in the kitchen. As locals, we’re delighted to share insider tips on the best beaches, hidden coves, and must-visit dining spots to make your stay unforgettable.

Reviews and location

The Beech Hut was perfect for our little adventure away!

“Honestly couldn’t have found a more amazing place. The hut was perfect for our little adventure away. Bethan the host went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be, which included providing items for our 3 month old baby to make it more than comfortable. Fresh bread, milk, butter, muesli, tea and coffee was provided which made you feel looked after. Location was incredible so close to the coast and great beaches. Super clean. Can’t recommend high enough. Thanks for the stay.”

“Very idyllic location, very well equipped, even with a wood fireplace, very nice hosts”
